After checkout, your answers will be reviewed by a licensed medical provider and if you qualify, Truemed will provide you with a copy of your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). If you do not qualify, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. Yes. If you're a first-time Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, or Row purchaser, you'll have 30 days from your delivery date to try your SurviveX equipment at home. If you wish to return your order within that time period, you must return it in like-new condition. SurviveX will arrange for your return to be picked up and will issue a refund, excluding a return fee. Customers are directly responsible for any return fees, which are not eligible for HSA/FSA accounts or reimbursement.
