Im so glad I got thislarge first aid kit its well put together and its organized. I like how all the areas ofthe kit is labeled so you don'thave to look through everything to get what you need. I highly recommend it
The quantity and quality of medical supplies in this kit is an excellent value for the money I spent. Shipping is fast im very impressed
This Large Pro First Aid Kit is incredibly well thought-out and makes an excellent emergency kit for the car or home. I’m keeping this one in my vehicle, but I’m already planning to buy another for the house because it’s that comprehensive. The interior pockets are clearly labeled, so it’s easy to find what you need quickly and understand what each item is meant for. To me that’s something invaluable in a stressful situation. The kit is packed with supplies, yet everything is organized rather than crammed in. The bright red case also makes it easy to spot in an emergency. Overall, it’s a highly practical, fully stocked kit that genuinely boosts your sense of preparedness.
This first aid kit is packed full with about anything you would need. The included backpack is attractive and tightly packaged. Everything was individually packaged and well marked. The only negative is that I think this listing has quite a premium for being a 270 piece kit.
This is a very impressive good quality kit. My husband and I were going through the items included and we kept saying they're a perfect addition to the set. We didn't have a go-to kit like this before and would just scramble for bandages, etc around the house as needed. Well, whoever planned the contents really thought of even the little things like tweezers (splinter on your finger?), safety pins and burn care gel (hot coffee spilled on your hand?). The size is just right for a "little of everything" so it's great for taking along on trips. CONS: (1) Price of $96; (2) The bag's too snug. There should at least be an inch of extra space.
SurviveX makes a great first aid kit. We have a different larger kit from them and thought we could make good use of this one on camping trips or when we're on the water.
Opening it, it hardly looks like the zipper has a seam. That's good for the water proof claim. Their video says it's IPX7 which means it can be submerged to 1 meter for 30 minutes without permanent damage.
Checking the zippers, if you have it even unzipped a little, water is going to get it, but what might help with that claim is that the contents and bag won't be damaged. Just about everything in the kit is already in its own sealed bag. The safety pins and a strap are not, but they're going to be okay.
If you do have it zipped up tight (the zippers seams really are amazing on this), you are going to be able to keep the interior pretty dry.
So, bottom line, even if water does get in to the bag, the contents are going to be okay. If you took it kayaking, it's not going to be a big deal if it's at the back of the kayak and gets water on it or sits in a puddle.
An alternative would be to get a different first aid kit and just put it in a large zip lock, however, this kit also is awesome for its contents.
Again for kayaking, the kit is a little on the large size. Not as big as their other first aid kids, but still good sized. The flip side of that is, this kit has everything.
The kit is extremely we thought out. The items are color coded for addressing:
- Wounds
- Hygiene
- Personal Care
- Tools
The bandages, dressing, and everything in the kit seems to be top notch. It's expensive, but a good value for what you get and the care that's gone in to the items and the design. It's also helpful that the items are very well labeled.
It may not have "everything," (food, etc.) but it sure feels like it has everything you'd need in a first aid or emergency situation where you need care and protection. Highly recommended.
This is hands down one of the best first aid kits. I have ever seen and especially, have ever had normally. I make my own first aid kit. S, because commercially bought ones don't have everything that I would want to have in my kit, but that's not the case with this. This kid has nearly everything you could possibly imagine you would need short of maybe some sutures or something, but there really is a ton of stuff in it, and the way that they have it packed and organized, and every single little pouch or slot has its own label to the type of items contained within it. Is an o CD person's wet dream.
The only thing that it doesn't come with that. I think it should is some sort of stop bleed type item.
And maybe some simple medications. However, they do sell separate kits, full of just medications and stuff that could easily be added to this.
I definitely highly highly recommend this kit the bag itself is also very rigid and one of the best quality bags i've ever seen
Wow, this thing is a beast! Not only does it have a little bit of everything, it's also in the nicest, most organized and carefully laid out first aid kits I've ever seen. If you look at the attached photos you'll see that every single component is organized into areas with very nice hard stitched labels attached. I can't think of anything that it would be missing from this kit. Very highly recommend!
My buddies and I enjoy off road adventures. But out in the wilderness, there's no immediate help to rely on in case of an emergency.
It is important to be able to address illness or mechanical injury.
For years, I've kept the grizzly adventure first aid kit in my truck. What did not come with that kit, I supplemented. This kit actually comes with the items that I added to that kit. And more.
Though there is one item that is not included here, and that is a packet of quick clot.
Most if the items a secured, but there are a few open pockets and I am not of fan of that. In a hurry, many of those tiny items will go flying about. So you end up losing the benefits of having an organized kit.
There is also a tourniquet included that does not kit on the inside of the kit.
Fortunately, the minor negatives don't weigh much against the positives.
This is an absolutely phenomenal kit. Not only does it come with a ton of stuff and literally everything you would need in just about any situation, but all of that stuff is also packed very nice. And organized, everything is labeled and has its own special place. That is easy to access which is good in an emergency. The quality of everything also seems top , notch all of the packaging is nice and thick and durable and looks nice and as easy to read , which again , is important in an emergency
This first aid kit has a ton of first aid items and helps. I really like that the pockets that the first aid items go in are labeled that's very handy and an emergency situation. You don't need to be going through the different pockets of stuff in the kit trying to find where the gloves are or the bandages. The kit is big but it's also compact. It fits a ton of stuff in this. Yes it will take up some space in the trunk, but it'll do just great if needed for an emergency. It's got a bit of a plastic / chemical smell to it so it does need to be aired out just a little bit before sticking it in a car.
Just of the few things it has:
Glow Sticks
Lots of bandages
gloves - nitril like gloves
cleaning wipes
First Aid booklet
A waste bag
cooling pathc
Pencil
Conforming bandages
stability aid bandages for sprains
Wound care
Burn gel dressing
CPR kit
Cold pack
There's more to it. It's got a lot. A good, quality first aid kit, well labeled and a good value for all the stuff they were able to fit into the case.
good sized single packs
4.5⭐️Good to have on hand.

I find this thoughtfully extensive Kit ( see photo ) to be an exceptionally convenient travel pack offering essential quick relief for common ailments often encountered while traveling. Compact and lightweight, with a total of 70 tablets, the Kit can help with Pain, gastro and anti-nausea Comfort, Allergies and diarrhea; as well as replenishing Electrolytes... perfect !
The various expiration dates are in 2027 and 2028.
This travel medicine kit is really handy for keeping all the essentials in one place. It’s compact, TSA-approved, and easy to toss in a backpack or carry-on. I like that it covers common issues like headaches, upset stomach, and allergies, so you don’t have to scramble for a pharmacy while traveling.
The packaging is well thought out, and the individual packets make it simple to grab what you need without digging around. My only hesitation is the price—it feels a bit high for the amount of medication included. That said, the convenience and peace of mind it provides make it worth considering for trips.
The little backpack style case is super sturdy and overall very well made. I would trust having it out in heavy rain and all the stuff inside remaining dry. I agree with another reviewer that the zippers are tough to open or close all the way (if you don't do the latter, well, there it goes the waterproofness). So being on your own with an injured arm/hand and trying to open it, could be a challenge for some folks. I think my favorite is the degree of organization. It beats pretty much anything I had before this kit. So if you familiarize yourself beforehand with the "layout" of this kit, it will take no time to get what you need. I also find it very comprehensive, covering pretty much any "standard" injury or "body trouble" (like overheating etc) you might encounter. It doesn't come with Ibuprofen or similar things but that's so much individual preference anyways that I wouldn't rate it any negative. It is super compact and pretty lightweight which makes it easy to store or travel around with. With a price tag of $150 as of this writing, it is pretty pricy and likely over budget for some. Great, comprehensive, well organized kit for the house, to have in the car or being in the outdoors in some shape or form. You are well covered with this one.
This travel medicine kit is such a smart and convenient idea! It’s compact, TSA-approved, and has all the over-the-counter medications you might need neatly packed in individual packets. I love that it’s truly an all-in-one solution — no need to carry bulky bottles or dig around for different meds.
We do a lot of camping and hiking, and this kit has been a game-changer for us. It’s lightweight, fits easily in a backpack, and gives peace of mind knowing we’re prepared for headaches, stomach issues, allergies, or minor aches on the go. Honestly, it’s also perfect for cruises or any kind of travel. Love it!
Im basing the review on the contents more than the cost. The cost seems high, but I suppose the convenience of having it pre-prepped is the reason why. It comes with pretty much all of the OTC meds that you could need. Pretty much covers most common ailments, which is perfect for a first aid kit as well as packing as is for a trip. We will be bringing this on a cruise where its impossible to get or too expensive to get these. Seems to be well made and good to go. Well thought out!
Awesome for burns and first aid kits
Perfect size and quantity with name brand medicine. There’s enough for multiple people and the bag seals closed which is great for moisture and protection. Great value and easy to open packages for individuals with hand issues.
These selections are just what are usually in my purse when I travel. They'll definitely go in my personal bag for my upcoming overseas trips. A few of each medicine will tide me over when I'm away and I can buy more later if needed. Each medicine has its own expiration date with the Medi-Meclizine (anti-nausea) having the earliest at 5/26 and the Diphen (allergy) the latest at 2/28. However, the main bag that holds them all has an expiration date of 8/26.
