This Large Pro First Aid Kit is incredibly well thought-out and makes an excellent emergency kit for the car or home. I’m keeping this one in my vehicle, but I’m already planning to buy another for the house because it’s that comprehensive. The interior pockets are clearly labeled, so it’s easy to find what you need quickly and understand what each item is meant for. To me that’s something invaluable in a stressful situation. The kit is packed with supplies, yet everything is organized rather than crammed in. The bright red case also makes it easy to spot in an emergency. Overall, it’s a highly practical, fully stocked kit that genuinely boosts your sense of preparedness.
I really like this first aid kit. The bag itself seems of good quality and sturdy and the size is quite compact. It seems just right for something to keep around in ones car (should travel well slipped under a seat or in the back), at work or at home. There's most everything you'd need, bandages, various dressings, gloves, first aid booklet, trauma shears..etc.
And even things you wouldn't necessarily think of of packing, like personal care (includes floss and face masks), instant cold packs, trauma shears, cooling patches, glow sticks, and even a cpr kit with basic directions shown when you open the little pocket. Only thing I wish it had is a tourniquet.
Overall though, I love it, and it seems as though it will be easy to use and will be quite handy to keep around (love that it's waterproof too!)
Love this kit. The bag quality seems very nice, and I like that the re is so much fit into a small area. It can quite easily fit in a car, or be slide under a bed, put in the corner of a closet...etc.
Upon opening it, most every thing is organized into pockets with labels, so things are quite easily found. There are wound dressings for major wounds, (about two packets of dressing and one of compressed gauze, conforming bandages, non adherent wound bandages, bandaids, instant cold packs..etc... and even thing I wouldn't have thought of, like cooling patches for the forehead, eye pads for eye trauma, burn gel and dressing and more.
Interestingly there are also safety pins, tooth flossers, q-tips and glow sticks.
Overall I think it is quite the decked out first aid kit. One of my sisters, who is a nurse, looked it over and liked it quite well, the only thing she really wished it had is a tourniquet.
Two weeks ago, my husband and I were on a camping trip. He fell while hiking on a mountain trail and broke a bone. We were completely unprepared for an emergency. We made it out, but not without a lot of trouble and more pain than was necessary. It would have been beneficial for us to have a first aid kit of this magnitude with us. The splint and pressure bandage, in particular, would have been very useful. We have another first aid kit that is approximately the same size, but much cheaper in price. What I noticed is that this SurviveX first aid kit includes a lot of the more expensive specialized items that the other kit did not include. This first aid kit is designed to handle anything from minor boo boos to serious injuries, whereas the cheaper kit is designed for everyday minor injuries. This kit is just what we need when camping and hiking. I love that the bag is waterproof to protect all the supplies inside from the elements, which is important when camping and hiking. I couldn't ask for the bag to be better organized. Every pouch is clearly labeled with the contents. The first aid supplies are in sealed packets to keep them sterile until use and most packets have a zip top closure so they can be resealed. This kit is mainly for addressing wounds. It does not come with medication beyond some triple antibiotic ointment and hydro gel. However, it does come with some plastic zipper bags for you to load your own personal meds. I am glad to have this extensive first aid kit for future camping trips. I hope we never need it, but vow to be prepared just in case disaster strikes again. The current price of $120.99 seems expensive until you examine the contents. Some of them are quite pricey on their own. It would cost much more for me to put together a first aid kit of this quality than to purchase this one.
What immediately stood out was the organization, unlike cheaper kits where supplies are just thrown in randomly, this has designated compartments with clear labeling that actually helps you find what you need quickly. The mesh pockets keep items visible and accessible, though some smaller tools like the fever strips and tweezers are tucked in spots that take a minute to locate initially, but once you know the layout it's fine.
The trauma shears are high quality, I tested them on thick denim fabric and they cut cleanly without struggling, way better than the flimsy scissors most kits include. The bag material is nylon which wipes clean easily and feels durable enough for regular use. Dual zippers on the main compartment allow quick access and they glide smoothly without catching. The detachable CPR kit with instructions is a smart design choice, and having both adult and child guidelines right there is helpful. The back has straps for securing additional items if needed. My one critique is the alcohol pads and antiseptic wipes look nearly identical in packaging, could be confusing in a rush. Otherwise this is an excellent kit for car storage, travel, or outdoor adventures.
I've picked up several first aid kits from Amazon for boating and travel, but this SurviveX large waterproof one is easily the nicest. The case feels solid—thick, durable material with waterproof zippers that seal tight, and big handles make it easy to pull open in emergencies. I like the MOLLE attachments for hooking it onto a backpack and the sturdy carrying handles.
What really stands out is how everything inside is sorted into clear, labeled sections, so you can find what you need fast in a panics. It's loaded with way more than the basics- like zip stitches, safety pins, an emergency blanket, and glow sticks. Tons of stuff overall, and it's ideal for the boat, camping, or any outdoor trip where you want to be prepared. Highly recommend it.
While I‚Äôm hoping not to use this for anything serious. I have been waiting to whip this out for a scraped knee without hesitation üòÜ This first aid kit is UNDOUBTEDLY top tier. I have had other items from SurviveX and I can unbiasedly say they have ALL been of clear quality. This lunch bag sized wonder is fully packed and labeled with everything you need from glow sticks to an Israeli bandage. The bag can be connected to a sturdy object and ripped off thanks to its quick release Velcro backing. From there the items are nearly endless. My only mention is that there is no tourniquet. I feel like they opted out for the Israeli bandage since a tourniquet does need some training to use. This is why I feel so it isn‚Äôt a true loss overall but still mentionable. The included first aid manual is accurate and quite detailed.
Overall I have absolutely no issues and would undoubtedly recommend. Thanks for your time.
This first aid kit is packed full with about anything you would need. The included backpack is attractive and tightly packaged. Everything was individually packaged and well marked. The only negative is that I think this listing has quite a premium for being a 270 piece kit.
Wow!
I am blown away and so happy with this travel first aid kit. If you need a first aid kit that is compact enough to carry while hiking or out camping, or to store in a car or have at work this is it!
It’s small enough that it can be carried, but also kept onsite in a first aid box.
The set has everything ever thought of and needed for first aid.
There are:
Bandages of various kinds, cold packs, burn ointments, wound tape, triangle bandages, emergency blankets, safety pins and tape, the list goes on and on.
The bag itself is a thick canvas with a plastic/ pleather detailing for sturdiness in rugged terrain and constant use.
There’s a strap to keep closed and to lash to a bag. And there’s a long strap inside to attach for carrying.
Plus every section is labelled!!
We took this camping and are now keeping it in the car for emergencies. And honestly I’d get a second to have at home.
Your covered with everything and ever situation. After taking several first aid classes, I can happily say I feel more comfortable having a fully equipped first aid bag handy.
This first aid kit is an outstanding companion for any adventure, offering peace of mind whether you’re at home or out exploring. I love that it goes far beyond the basics, with professional-grade supplies that can handle everything from minor scrapes to more serious injuries. The innovative zip-style wound closures are especially impressive—quick, painless, and far less intimidating than stitches. Its color-coded organization makes finding the right item fast and effortless during stressful moments. The mountable, MOLLE-compatible design adds incredible versatility for travel, hiking, or vehicle use. Overall, this kit delivers exceptional preparedness and quality, making it a must-have for families, travelers, and outdoor enthusiasts. For my family, this will be a staple in our workshop but hopefully we will not need to use it too much!
This Survive First Aid Kit is fantastic for items needed in an emergency. I was surprised it had items like an emergency blanket, scissors, cold packs, safety pins, fever strips, tweezers, and glow sticks. According to the website it’s described as able to treat severe wounds, sprains, fractures, burns, insect bites, fever, and hypothermia. I really like the color coded labels Wounds, personal, tools, hygiene, and burns etc. as it’s convenient to find items in an emergency. It would be nice to include a laminated checklist or paper list on the inside for inventory and restocking items. There is a complete list on the posting, but doesn’t help for a few years from now. The zipper pocket on the front is very tight so not sure what would fit in there. I like that it is waterproof and the bag itself and supplies seem very high quality. This will be a great addition to my emergency supplies.
This is a large kit that has everything you need for your camping and hunting or at the house for the whole family or group. This is a large bag and definitely recommend using with a vehicle of some sort. This is a bit too big and too much stuff to bring for just two people. This is also a good size to have in a workshop as there are plenty of Band-Aids, gauze and other large bandages, including Israeli and triangle bandages. There are are gloves and breathing mask protectors for CPR all contained in convenient and well marked pockets. The bag secures well with the zipper and fold out designs and has a Velcro mounting plate that uses Molle style fasteners so it can be hard mounted to something and removed quickly by peeling the bag off the mounting plate. This also has survival items in it such as rescue whistle and glow sticks. As far as homebase or a group first aid kits go this is a must have as it covers all the bases.
I'm usually pretty skeptical of "complete preparedness systems," because they're often just a dozen tiny bandages and maybe an alcohol wipe. This kit is legitimately different, and it's replaced the sad, aging kit I had in my trunk.
The biggest thing is the organization. In an emergency, you don't want to be fumbling, and the color-coded, labeled compartments (like one for "Wounds," one for "Tools," etc.) are brilliant. Everything is visible and easy to grab in a hurry.
What makes this professional-grade is the contents. It goes way beyond minor cuts - there are supplies for sprains, burns, and severe bleeding. The feature I hope I never have to use but am glad I have is the emergency laceration closure. That's a true lifesaver for deep cuts where you can't get to a doctor right away, and the fact that it minimizes scarring is a huge bonus. It feels like having a secret weapon.
The MOLLE compatibility is perfect. I have it strapped securely to the back of my hiking backpack, so it's always ready to go. The whole thing is durable, bright red, and easy to spot. Knowing it's FSA/HSA eligible made the purchase a total no-brainer.
It’s expensive compared to a small home kit, but for anyone who camps, hikes, or just wants real peace of mind in the car, this is the comprehensive system you need.
This is a very impressive good quality kit. My husband and I were going through the items included and we kept saying they're a perfect addition to the set. We didn't have a go-to kit like this before and would just scramble for bandages, etc around the house as needed. Well, whoever planned the contents really thought of even the little things like tweezers (splinter on your finger?), safety pins and burn care gel (hot coffee spilled on your hand?). The size is just right for a "little of everything" so it's great for taking along on trips. CONS: (1) Price of $96; (2) The bag's too snug. There should at least be an inch of extra space.
SurviveX makes a great first aid kit. We have a different larger kit from them and thought we could make good use of this one on camping trips or when we're on the water.
Opening it, it hardly looks like the zipper has a seam. That's good for the water proof claim. Their video says it's IPX7 which means it can be submerged to 1 meter for 30 minutes without permanent damage.
Checking the zippers, if you have it even unzipped a little, water is going to get it, but what might help with that claim is that the contents and bag won't be damaged. Just about everything in the kit is already in its own sealed bag. The safety pins and a strap are not, but they're going to be okay.
If you do have it zipped up tight (the zippers seams really are amazing on this), you are going to be able to keep the interior pretty dry.
So, bottom line, even if water does get in to the bag, the contents are going to be okay. If you took it kayaking, it's not going to be a big deal if it's at the back of the kayak and gets water on it or sits in a puddle.
An alternative would be to get a different first aid kit and just put it in a large zip lock, however, this kit also is awesome for its contents.
Again for kayaking, the kit is a little on the large size. Not as big as their other first aid kids, but still good sized. The flip side of that is, this kit has everything.
The kit is extremely we thought out. The items are color coded for addressing:
- Wounds
- Hygiene
- Personal Care
- Tools
The bandages, dressing, and everything in the kit seems to be top notch. It's expensive, but a good value for what you get and the care that's gone in to the items and the design. It's also helpful that the items are very well labeled.
It may not have "everything," (food, etc.) but it sure feels like it has everything you'd need in a first aid or emergency situation where you need care and protection. Highly recommended.
I'm no medical professional, but it looks to me like this is a pretty nice/complete first aid kit. I feel like I really ought to get some training, as there are items in this kit that I'm not completely sure about what they're for and how to use them! This is way more than a "boo boo" kit. It probably exceeds my needs...or at least what I THINK my needs are...but I guess you never know what might happen. This kit is pretty big...like the size of an adult lunch box or something. So don't think it'll fit in your glovebox or in your back pocket or anything like that. It does come with Molle straps on the back...so you could attach it to a backpack or a chest rig or something. The straps are actually attached to a "back plate" of sorts that allows the actual kit to attach. via Velcro-type material. So you can "rip" the bag off the back plate in an emergency. The case seems to be very well made. The listing says it's waterproof...I can believe that.
This large waterproof case first aid kit is a wonderful addition to your car supplies. Perfectly trunk sized and bright colored waterproof case. Comes complete with almost any supply you could possibly need short of surgery. Instructions and supplies like gloves and trauma scissors included, even glow sticks. Nicely organized - this kit even includes the new zip stitch bandages - which are great for closing gaping wounds without stitches. A perfect temporary solution for emergencies. The case has traditional molle attachments and is a nice semi hard material, so it's flexible - yet sturdy and easy to lash to a backpack or gear. A truly well thought out emergency bag makes it a must have.
Since the item page has good photos, and it has a good description of this product, I will not bother adding pictures or more of a description.
Nice First aid kit it's in a semi hard waterproof case. As you can see, on the product page, it comes with ALMOST everything you may need for an emergencies. But missing some things I would feel necessary to make a FULL first aid kit (depending on the situation of course). Items that I feel that should be included are Pain meds, nausea, vaseline, etc. If you can fit them in. The case is pretty packed, and not much room to fit anything else, but you can fit a few pain meds etc in the case.
I find it strange that they don't include an inventory or a check list of what is in the bag so you can always refill when needed and know what is missing etc. If you have an emergency, you know what you have without going crazy in a panic to find out the kit didn't have it. Of course the product page does have a list, and you can print it out, but would be nice if it was included as a check list to refill etc.
The bag has compartment labels for everything that is included (Cooling Patch, Cuts & Scrapes, first aid Booklet, pencil, etc).
For the price they charge ($150 list, currently 20%off) it should have included even more basic things like .. a few pain meds ( acetaminophen. ibuprofen), and some other items, etc.
Wow. Kind of stunned. As a camper, fisherman, outdoorsman, and medic, and parent, I've owned a lot of first aid kits over the years. They're usually a weak offering of some bandages mixed with a few other slightly more specialized items, but none of them ever seem to have more than the basics. They're also usually a huge mess of items packed overly tight into a junky bag.
This SurviveX kit is impressive. Of course it has all the basic bandages, gauze, etc. But it also has a ton of 'second tier' stuff like a CPR barrier mask, glow sticks, a thermal blanket, trauma shears, and a limb splint. Most of these things I usually have to add myself. No, it's not a complete EMT level kit but this is a pretty comprehensive collection.
The bag is not a flimsy, floppy bag either. It's a semi-rigid box/bag, with a robust, waterproof zipper. It's also got a carry handle. It has a velcro mounting panel on the back with molle straps that allows the bag to be easily torn away from its mounting pad when you need to grab it in an emergency.
On top of that, it is extremely well organized, both in pouches/pockets within the bag and color coded to help find things easily. All of this together makes for a really great value.
Overall, this is a solid, well-organized first aid kit - probably one of the best ready-to-go options on the market.
However, it does not include everything I need, and it is packed so tightly that there's hardly any room for additional items. So for me it's rather a TRAUMA kit to stabilize someone before medical help arrives, rather than a comprehensive first aid kit. For that reason I have this kit in my car, but made a custom-build first aid kit for home - with much more medications.
Having said that, I personally added an emergency "israeli" bandage permanently and usually add a travel medicine kit whenever I travel far. Both from the same company, SurviveX.
As always, KNOW WHAT'S INSIDE AND HOW TO USE IT.

Disclaimer: I'm not a healthcare expert and I did not pass any first aid trainings
I have basic first aid and CPR training, so my perspective isn’t from a paramedic or medical professional—just from a mom, aunt, and someone who works at a school who’s dealt with everything from tiny scrapes to bigger situations. Over the years, I’ve tried to piece together my own comprehensive kits, but honestly, this one is well worth the investment.
The quality of both the contents and the case itself is fantastic. It’s durable, thoughtfully designed, and has multiple ways to secure or mount it, whether in a vehicle, at home, or on a backpack. The organization is what really stands out—everything is colour-coded and clearly labeled by function, which makes it incredibly easy to find what you need in a stressful situation. Even someone without formal first aid training would find it intuitive and reassuring to use.
It’s clear that a lot of thought went into designing this kit. The inclusion of wound closures and more advanced supplies really sets it apart from standard first aid kits. I genuinely wish the kits at my school were this well laid out. I’m very impressed—it’s one of those orders that gives real peace of mind knowing it’s ready when you need it.
I’ve got this saved for use! At first opening it up-look it’s overwhelming! It has so much in it. A fabulous kid -highly recommend.
This is a very useful and comprehensive first aid kit. But you'll need to supply your own topical cream and medicines (tylenol, ibuprofen, etc). The bag feels waterproof and the zipper is strong and sturdy. The zipper is super cute in the shape of a pickaxe, easy to open and close. It's a very bright red color and looks very elegant. It has all the essential bandages of different sizes for different injuries or wounds or cuts. The manual is also extremely helpful and shows clear how-to steps for different injuries and even has pictures. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a comprehensive first aid kit now handy.
