Shipping Rates
- Free shipping over $50 & Free returns
- All shipping is handled via reliable US carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Estimated Delivery Times
- Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
- Standard delivery is 3-7 business days after processing.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and external factors such as weather or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states).
- We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 60 days of delivery at support@survive-x.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
